The municipality of Rutigliano (Ba) has chosen to participate in the project ‘Città ad Impatto Positivo’ to generate more opportunities for inclusion and increase a sense of community ownership.
The project is implemented by PMG, to support in several municipalities the creation of networks between Institutions, Third Sector Bodies, Educational Institutes and Businesses and improve the lives of citizens.
Thanks to this project, the “Il Prato Fiorito odv Association,” which since 1992 has been involved in promoting the social and labor integration of people with disabilities, has received a vehicle equipped and equipped with an electric platform usable by people with frailty and reduced mobility.
The vehicle will enable them to carry out free and continuous accompanying services and for any work, educational and health activities they may need, in order to make them reach the highest possible level of autonomy.
